Your login
Username, password and server URL arrive by email after you order or request the free trial.
A player app
IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or a smart-TV player. The app plays the channels; we supply them.
Broadband
Around 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. A wired connection helps most with live sport.
01Amazon Fire Stick
IPTV Fire Stick setup guide
The Fire Stick is the most popular way to watch IPTV in the UK. The player apps are not in the Amazon Appstore, so you install them with the free Downloader app.

From the Fire TV home screen, open Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer options.

Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources (on newer models: Install unknown apps, then switch on Downloader once it is installed).

Go back to the home screen, search for Downloader and install it from the Appstore.

Open Downloader and enter the download code for IPTV Smarters or TiviMate that we send with your login.

Install the app, open it and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.

Enter any name, then the username, password and server URL from your welcome email. Press Add user.

Wait for channels, films and the TV guide to load, then start watching.
Tip: If Developer options is missing, open Settings, My Fire TV, About and press the device name seven times to reveal it.
02Android TV & boxes
Android TV and TV box setup guide
Android TV, Google TV, the NVIDIA Shield and most TV boxes can install an IPTV player straight from the Google Play Store.

Open the Google Play Store on your TV or box.

Search for TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro and install it.

Open the app and choose to add a playlist, then pick Xtream Codes.

Enter the server URL, username and password from your welcome email.

Let the app load channels and the EPG. TiviMate may ask you to choose a TV guide source: leave it on the one supplied.
03Samsung Smart TV
Samsung Smart TV setup guide
Samsung TVs run Tizen, so you use a player from the Samsung app store. Most of these apps activate through a short code shown on screen.

Press Home, open Apps and search for IBO Player, Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters (availability depends on your TV model and year).

Install and open the app. Note the MAC address or device key it shows.

Send that code to us on chat or WhatsApp, or add your login on the app’s own activation page.

Restart the app. Your channels and TV guide appear within a minute or two.
04LG Smart TV
LG Smart TV setup guide
LG TVs run webOS. The setup is the same idea as Samsung: install a player, then link it to your login.

Open the LG Content Store and search for IBO Player or Smart IPTV.

Install and open the app, then note the MAC address or device key on screen.

Send the code to us, or enter your login on the app’s activation page.

Restart the app and the full line-up loads.
05iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV setup guide
Apple devices use player apps from the App Store. IPTV Smarters Pro and GSE Smart IPTV both support Xtream Codes logins.

Open the App Store and install IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV.

Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API (in GSE: Xtream Codes API, then the + button).

Enter a name, your username, password and server URL.

Save, then wait for the channel groups and TV guide to load.
Tip: On Apple TV, the same app and login work. Use the Siri Remote’s dictation to type the server URL faster.
06Android phone & tablet
Android phone and tablet setup guide
Phones and tablets are handy for watching around the house or on the move with the same subscription.

Install IPTV Smarters Pro from the Google Play Store.

Open it, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your details.

Tap Add user and the app loads your channels.
07Windows & Mac
Windows PC and Mac setup guide
On a computer you can use the IPTV Smarters desktop app, or VLC with your playlist link for a quick test.

Download IPTV Smarters for Windows or Mac from the developer’s official website.

Install and open it, then choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your details.

For VLC instead: open Media, then Open Network Stream, paste the M3U link from your welcome email and press Play.
08MAG box
MAG box setup guide
MAG boxes connect through a portal URL linked to the box’s MAC address, so there is no username or password to type.

Find the MAC address on the sticker under the box and send it to us with your order.

On the box, open Settings, then System settings, then Servers, then Portals.

Enter a name in Portal 1 name and the portal URL from your welcome email in Portal 1 URL.

Save, go back and reboot the box. It loads the portal on restart.
09Formuler box
Formuler box setup guide
Formuler boxes use the built-in MYTV Online app, which also works with a portal URL and the box’s MAC address.

Send us the MAC address shown in MYTV Online (or on the box sticker).

Open MYTV Online, choose Add portal and enter a name and the portal URL we send.

Connect, then wait for the channel list and TV guide to load.
10Kodi
Kodi setup guide
Kodi plays live TV through its official PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on, using your M3U and EPG links.

Open Kodi, go to Add-ons, then My add-ons, then PVR clients, and select PVR IPTV Simple Client.

Choose Configure. Under General, set the location to Remote path and paste the M3U link.

Under EPG settings, paste the EPG link from your welcome email.

Enable the add-on and restart Kodi. Channels appear under TV on the home menu.

Popular on smart TVs where other apps are not available. Activated by device key.
GSE Smart IPTV
iPhone, iPad, Apple TV
Reliable on Apple devices, with good EPG support.
VLC
Windows, Mac
Good for a quick test with your M3U link, though it has no TV guide.
12If something is off
Quick fixes after setup
Channels load but buffer
Restart your router and the device, then move the device onto a wired connection if you can. In IPTV Smarters, open Settings, then Player, and try the alternative player. In TiviMate, increase the buffer size. If it only happens on one channel, tell us which one.
The TV guide is empty
Open the app settings and refresh or update the EPG. It can take a few minutes to download the full seven days the first time.
The app says the login is invalid
Check the server URL includes the port number and has no spaces, and that the username and password are typed exactly as in your email. They are case-sensitive.
