Privacy policy: your data, respected.
We collect the minimum we need to run your subscription, and nothing more.
Last updated 24 October 2026
The short version
- We only collect what we need to send your login and support you.
- We never sell or rent your data.
- We never see or store your full card details.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
01
What we collect
- Order and trial details: your name, email address, the device you watch on and, if you give it, a WhatsApp number.
- Device identifiers: a MAC address or device key, only if your device needs one to activate.
- Support messages: what you send us by email, chat or WhatsApp.
- Basic site analytics: anonymous, aggregated information about how pages are used.
02
How we use it
- To create your account and email your login.
- To help you set up and fix problems.
- To send payment links and receipts.
- To remind you before your plan ends, which you can turn off at any time.
03
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service you ordered), for our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure and improving it) and, for optional reminders, with your consent.
05
How long we keep it
We keep account details while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months afterwards so we can help if you return. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
06
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and take it elsewhere. Email support@digitalby.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
